Martin Seibert is often asked to give presentations about our corporate culture as the "managing director" and describe how we have moved from a patriarchal leadership model towards self-organization in agile teams. The topic interests him greatly and he likes to share his knowledge and expertise. However, such presentations have a few conditions.

Martin Seibert gives each presentation only once. As all presentations are recorded, you can view previous presentations. You are most welcome to influence the choice of topic. All presentations are thoroughly researched and prepared for. Let us know what you want Martin to cover in your presentation.
Terms and conditions
| Price | There is a flat fee of 2,500 euros (plus VAT) per presentation. This covers all costs including travel expenses, travel times, preparation, follow-up, etc. |

| Presentation length | The maximum duration of a presentation is 120 minutes. A shorter presentation can be combined with an interactive forum (e.g. panel discussion/moderation). |
| Time of day | It must be possible to travel from Wiesbaden to the venue and back on the same day without having to travel more than 10 hours in total. The safest way is therefore to schedule the presentation around lunchtime. As a rule, presentations are only available from Mondays to Fridays. |
| Negotiated prices and conditions | We do not negotiate over these conditions in general. It is not my central task as managing director to give such presentations. If you do not find these conditions acceptable, we would be happy to hear why and receive constructive suggestions using the form below. Of course we want to improve based on your feedback. |
| Marketing requirements | Such presentations must be published publicly shortly after the event. Many professional organizers record lectures and then publish them on YouTube. If you don't do this, we will gladly do it and publish the video on our YouTube channel on your behalf. Since this also helps to "give a little back to society" (and of course it helps our own marketing), we ask for your understanding that Martin Seibert does not hold "non-public presentations". These presentations may be combined with "internal events". In our recordings, only the speaker and the screen/slides are recorded. The audience and any questions asked of the participants (after the presentation) are usually not included in the video. Of course, you can review and approve such recordings prior to publication to ensure that no internal questions and discussions are published. We will edit the videos and coordinate the review process with you. |
| Payment and cancellation terms | Presentations must be paid in full within 14 days of commission. Presentations that have not been paid for by three working days before the event are considered cancelled and will not be held. Presentations can be cancelled at any time. We will refund 50% if you cancel not later than 14 days before the event. After that, 25% will be refunded if the speaker has not yet departed for the location. |
