Release in June 2023

What's new and improved?

We're excited to announce a substantial update to our Checklists for Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud. We've listened to our users' feedback and have added a host of new features to enhance your experience. We value your feedback immensely, so please keep it coming!

NEW

Streamlined Layout for Jira and Confluence inline view

With an increasing number of features, it's easy for things to become cluttered. To address this, we've revamped the layout and have shifted several features to the meatball menu. This helps us ensure that the user interface remains clean and intuitive, without sacrificing any functionality.

On the one hand, we believe that stats will help you and your team to love your checklist work more. You can see your progress. You can report on your discipline and learn about the process itself. It's also some form of gamification to see all these analytics about your progress.

NEW

Jira Post Function: complete or skip tasks with issue transition

We've introduced a Jira post function that allows you to complete or skip tasks during an issue transition. This feature ensures that all tasks are taken care of when you mark a Jira issue as done.

NEW

Keyboard Shortcut for Saving a Comment in a Task

You can now save a comment in a task using a keyboard shortcut. This functionality works with either Strg+Enter or Cmd+Enter.

NEW

Export and Import of Single Checklists

Following a suggestion from a user named Paulo, we have added the ability to export and import individual checklists. While we do not currently support the option to create checklists without the "finish checklist" button (you can vote for this feature here: https://vote.seibert-media.net/checklists-for-atlassian/p/option-to-create-checklists-without-the-finish-checklist-button), this new feature allows you to export a finished checklist and import it again. We believe this will serve many useful purposes, and we encourage you to share your experiences with us at: https://seibert.biz/checklistschat

NEW

New Help Menu

We've introduced a new "Help" menu that provides direct access to a range of helpful information, contact, and interaction features:
