What can a space administrator do?

As a space administrator, you can manage topics for your Microblog. You can add new topics, edit existing topics and remove topics.

Furthermore, as a space administrator you can delete other users' microposts, if they are posted within the topics of your space.

Manage topics

To manage topics, you need to access the space tools for the space you want to manage topics in.

To do so, click on the Space tools button in the left sidebar of your selected space. Then, click on the Microblog link.

Create new topics

To create a new topic, head over to the Create new microblog topic box.

Insert the topic name and click on the Save button.

Edit topics

To edit a topic, head over to the Topics in space ["space name"] settings.

Click on the edit button under the Actions tab.

You can now rename your topic. Click on the Save button to save the changes.

To move a topic (or a micropost) to another space, you need space administration permissions for both spaces.

Remove topics

To remove a topic, head over to the Topics in space ["space name"] settings.

Click on the  button under the Actions tab. A context menu will open. Now, click on the Dissolve topic button.
