On desktop

First, you have to generate a QR code. You can do so within your user profile.

Navigate to Your user profile → Mobile access. Click on the Generate QR-Code button.

This code needs to be scanned within the mobile app.

On mobile

Click on the Login button. Then, click on the Scan your login QR code instead button.

You will see a small tutorial on how to generate the QR code, in case you didn't do so yet.

Click on the Scan QR code button. Scan the QR code.

Depending on the settings of the system you are logging in to, you might need to enter your password.

Enter the name for your Linchpin instance and click on the Finish button.

You can also login into your Linchpin instance without a QR code.

First of all, click on the Login button. Then, click on the Add new login button.

Within the Protocol field, enter the security protocol (http:// or https://) you wish to use.

Within the Address field, enter the URL to your Confluence instance (without http:// or www.!).

Click on the Next → button.

In this new section called user credentials, enter your Confluence username/login and password.

Click on the Next → button.

Finally, enter the instance title under which this connection should be saved on your mobile device.

Click on the Finish button to connect to Confluence.

If you wish to test Linchpin Mobile, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play and use it anonymously.

Within Linchpin Mobile, click on the Login button.

Then, click on the Test without login button.

Select the test user. You can choose between an English and a German user account.

If you wish to stay up-to-date about Linchpin Mobile, enter your e-mail and click on the Let's go! button. This action is optional.

If you don't wish to subscribe to the newsletter, click on the Skip button.
