Define where the Duplicate Content Defender is active

Navigate to Confluence administration → Duplicate Content Defender → Configuration.

Select the option which suits your needs. You can either activate the Duplicate Content Defender in all spaces or in specific spaces only.

If you wish to activate the DCD in specific spaces only, choose the In this spaces option. A text input field will be displayed. Enter the spaces (there is a live search included) you wish to activate the Duplicate Content Defender in.

Don't forget to save your changes.

Define the default search behavior

Navigate to Confluence administration → Duplicate Content Defender → Configuration.

In the second section regarding the search, select the option that should be applied to the Duplicate Content Defender. You can choose between a global search which includes all spaces and the search in the current space only.
