Change Workspace Name

You can change the name of your workspace. This is also available for pre-filled workspaces. Enter the new title and click "Save". 

Upload Logo

Most of our customers will change the Linchpin default logo to their own company logo. You can upload any .png or .jpg. We recommend an image size of 400px x 200px .

Click "Save" and the new logo is available. Note: The logo is also visible at the login screen. 

Theme Settings

Auto-Theme

Start with uploading your company logo as described above. By switching to the theming tab, you'll see a hint which shows you color recommendations based on your uploaded logo. Click "Apply" to see a preview of this color scheme or "No, thank you" to stick to your own colors. 

The preview on the right side gives you an idea of how your color scheme will look like on the web and app version.

Click "Save" and the new color scheme is activated.

Change Color Scheme

We have defined five different color types within Linchpin Hey - primary, secondary, warning, info and sidebar. All of those have two dimensions: Background and text color. The sidebar also has an active color. 

You can choose between a pre-defined color set or enter your own hex color. If you choose a light color, the text color automatically turns dark - a dark background color results in a light text color. But you can also change the text color manually (using our defaults or enter a hex color code as well).

Hide Feature Previews

In Linchpin Hey, there are some places that show a preview of future features (e.g. the network tab in the people directory or the notifications in the header). But we have received some feedback that this preview is a little distracting if you want to test the product seriously. Therefore, administrators can now quickly and easily hide these feature previews.
