The template manager

The template manager allows users, within Jira or Confluence or externally, to access and edit checklist template settings.

In addition to allowing users to access and edit checklist template settings, the template manager will also receive email updates when checklists are completed. Included in this email notification is a PDF copy of the completed checklist.

See the below examples for exactly what an external template manager can do.

What can the external template manager do?

Edit checklist templates

Set up recurring settings, require a signature, grant public access, and add additional template managers

View checklist template statistics

Export and delete the template

Login through the web portal to manage a template, even without a Jira or Confluence license.

Get notified via email if a checklist is completed.
