How to enable push notifications

For a step-by-step tutorial on how to enable push notifications for your instance please see here.

(info) Please note: In order to send push notifications to mobile devices, Linchpin Mobile is using the Firebase Cloud Messaging service (FCM) by Google. By enabling the push notification feature you agree that some data related to the content pushed will be sent to a Google server.

Further information on how Google uses this data can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=en

Please note that there are Data Processing Terms as well as a EU Model Contract Clause in place for all data transmitted via this Google service. You can find the corresponding terms here: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-terms & https://cloud.google.com/terms/eu-model-contract-clause.
